This is probably one of the best books I've read in a long time. The way he recalls some of his most chilling experiences throughout his life is so amazing. It really made me stand up and think that there's more to a photographer than his photographs. It's where those photographs came from, what the photographer was seeing at the time. This man saw men die in front of his eyes and nevertheless had to push on and do his job. His camera literally saved his life.
